Current Job Vacancies
Kids Club Leaders and Hotel Animators
We’re looking for enthusiastic people to join us working in a small animation team for a popular hotel in Rhodes, Greece.
You will be responsible for organising and running Kids Club and pool-side entertainment activities, liaising with the guests, promoting the hotel and its facilities. The programme will provide activities for guests aged 4 years to 11 in the Kids Club, and from 11 to adult with the Animation.
In the early evening you will take part in Kids Club activities and, later, join up with the entertainment team to star in, host and oversee nightly shows and events.
This is not a job for shy, retiring types – you will be the life and soul of the hotel, all the time you will be building rapport with the hotel guests, thinking on your feet and helping to make their holiday a truly memorable one
Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential. Working together in a small and supportive team you will have the opportunity to develop new skills in a customer facing role in a job that is all-day all-night fun.
Skills required:
Organisational skills and punctuality are vital and a hard-work ethic is essential. You’ll also need a big personality, a willingness to learn and a big smile. PC skills and any previous singing / dancing /entertaining / childcare experience is an advantage.
Example schedule:
A typical day starts with warm-up aerobics, followed by a kids club session. You’ll then be back in the pool for a game of Water Polo, and then off to talk to the guests. Then it’s down to the beach for a sandcastle building contest and afterwards, back to the bar for Cocktail Hour.
After an evening meal and a Kids Party, you’ll be dressing up for Show Night, starring in the evening entertainment and dancing the night away before mixing the tunes for the warm down DJ set at the end of the evening.
What we provide:
We pay for your flights, food and accommodation. You’ll get a generous drinks allowance whilst at work too! You also get a monthly salary, depending on experience and suitability. Training and daytime uniform is provided. Smart dress code required for evening work.
When do we start:
Contracts are for 5 months with an optional further month at the discretion of the hotel. Our starting date is May 2nd so you will need to be available to start from this date.
What you will need:
You must hold a full EU passport. We will require two employment references and one personal reference. Experience, whilst preferable, is not essential but a ‘can do’ attitude is!
What do I do now:
To apply for this position, please reply via email to work@allthatentertainment.co.uk with a copy of your current CV and include two recent photographs, one headshot and one full length. If you would like to include any examples of your singing, dancing or presentation skills in the form of mp3, YouTube / internet links or video, please attach these to your covering letter.
